Since 2015, Rhosnesni High school has facilitated groups on a monthly basis where young carers can meet and socialise with one another as well as provide peer support to each other.

The group is run and supported by Jo Evans, Attendance, Punctuality and Family Support Officer “We work with a large number of students who are young carers and we work together as part of the Rhosnesni Family to support the young people through school.
